For most treatments, minimal preparation is required. We'll advise you specifically when you book — for cockroach treatments, clearing under sinks and cabinet bases is helpful; for bed bug treatments, we provide a comprehensive preparation guide. For the inspection itself, no preparation is needed at all. Just make sure we have access to all areas of the property.

Yes. We offer preventative protection plans at three frequencies — quarterly (Essential), bi-monthly (Shield), and monthly (Prestige). We accept EFT (bank transfer), cash, and most major debit and credit cards. For commercial accounts, we can arrange monthly invoicing. We always provide a written invoice for every treatment. Ask us about payment options when you get your quote.
